If you are a student gives us a call and we will set a time for you to meet with a teacher.

If you have purchased your yarn at the yarn basket and have a quick question or something very simple that you need help with please call us and we will set a time for you to meet with a teacher. No walk-ins for help.

If it is a complicated issue requiring more than a few minutes a fee may be charged or we may recommend scheduling a class. 

If you have purchased your yarn somewhere other than our store, we recommend you go to the place where it was purchased for help.
